The Whitecourt Lions Campground is a family oriented campground with lots of friendly hospitality.
Nestled in a forest of coniferous trees in a quiet serene environment, the park has much to offer of nature’s beauty. Don’t be surprised when you see our very friendly deer who also make this spot their home too. We are happy to see many of our visitors return year after year and time after time within the season. This truly is a ‘Home away from Home’ for many.
The Whitecourt Lions Campground is proudly operated by the Whitecourt Lions Club, a community service organization that serves to enhance our communities. The campground raises funds to help sponsor non-profit organizations and clubs within the region.
About the Lions Club
The Whitecourt Lions Club proudly plays a part in sponsoring the Air Cadets, Boys and Girls Club, Whitecourt Wolverines, the Flood victims, the Slave Lake Fire Victims, the food banks, Girl Guides and many other causes.
The organization is continually upgrading the campground. Landscaping, and reforestation is continually evolving to keep the campground in beautiful condition.
